You go fishing,you see any of your fish cry sabotage?Once you`re gone,its lights out,see you later.

Sabotage findings won`t earn you bonus points in the current world sevens standing.Its a waste of time and money.

You start from the top and do a cleanup campaign and work yourselves down to the root.

Think fundermental cleanup strategy.

Nz and australia are having a ball laughing quietly at your stupidity.

Iam not picking anyone in particular,Iam basically critisizing fijis whole rugby setup.Its what i call constructive critisium.

If you see this critisium any other way than Iam afraid its going to take either a miracle or another decade for fiji sevens to shine in hong kong again.

Its simple,it ain`t working no matter how hard you try if the whole institution is corrupt,that boat ain`t going nowhere because it believes in one rule,corruption.

A change in attitute is needed.

How then is corruption defined?Well lets say three terms at least out of 20 like;favouratisium,abuse of intelligents on players,negligents and lots more.

If it ain`t apple for apples,forget it.

Don`t blame anyone,accept defeat and blame yourselves since you all had a piece of the pie in the industry.

The problem in fiji is everyone wants to lead.Well Iam sorry not all has this gift.

Govt needs to invest in this sport by means of proper advice from past fijian players at least residing in nz and australia.

These ppl hold the key to proper strategies.

Fiji lacks proper training either it be mental or physical.Fiji has the men though to deliver.There lots involve and not just hard training.

Give someone else a go. "bout Acura Niuqila?" I think he has the credential to prove his worth to the team he once played for.

I can remember him coaching a team [the Australian Fijians] that played Fiji in Fiji and had them struggle.The Fiji team were beaten on and even past full time. Serevi and Vunibaka can remember this game because the referee extended the game time to allow Fiji to win.

From that team both Akuila Tunisau and Inoke Turuva were selected to represent Fiji in Sevens.

Acura Niuqila has the credentials and like Serevi he understands what it takes to be fit and the rest of it. He should be given a chance to prepare the boys for the future.

Many of us the world over pay hard earnt money to follow the team where ever they play and the FRU owe us the courtesy of some explanation. We have suggested the quick reinstatement of Waisale Serevi as coach and a long term strategy in the Seven's Management of which he MUST play an active role. If you do not agree with that Mr Tamanavanua, than you can leave as you are easily replaced but not an international coach and player like Wai.
He is the most honest dedicated Fijian that has graced the game, honoured, loved, admired and respected the world over. How dare you question his integrity Mr Tamanavanua. Wai is a very proud "Fijian" and will not do anything to harm the name of "FIJI" and the game that has made him into a super international star. Serevi has been the best player in 7's like "Pele" for soccer... People who don't know how or the way to strategis the 7's game are making just loud noise, like "empty vessels do"... Serevi has come through on various critical occasions and with him we have won the world cup...at least we in Fiji owe him that much respect to let him decide for his final showdown in Next year's world cup...I see he is fit from his win in Aussie late last year; We know fast don't always win, like the hare & the tortoise story: even we had pace in our last 4 outings of the irb series...Serevi is the professional in this area so maybe FRU should take that que, set the contract to reflect only discipline and defined "win" outcome, and let Serevi do all means to get us that cup...Him "playing or not" is not important as the fact that we finally win the Cup & respect for Fiji in 7's again....Every kid, including Ryder wants to be Serevi, so GT is not wrong in saying that "Serevi is Fiji"..missing bit is of course in "Sevens"....

All his success comes because the Fijian magin had taken NZ out of jail on many occassion.

Just imagine if he if the greatest coach then why out of all top guns in NZ side that of DJ Forbes, Victor Vito and Yates - Tomasi Cama - a Fijian was given the player of tournament.

I challened GT right on his face and he hurried went away.

GT relay on Fijian magic to sustain his career and if you all recall, he has always feilded Fijian players agains Fiji

We are going backward, rather then moving forward. We need to move with time and not to bring back the time. We cannot make Serevi at the age of 20 - NO way.

What we had been doing is relying too much on him all these years and had not learnt to live without one person. When a member in our family dies, we mourn and then we move on. we cant be mourning the rest of our lives - his is where NZs success lies. It had learn to move on - WE HAVE TO MOVE ON.

There is no saga - there is no grudge, FRFU had based their decision on merit. If Serveri still wants to play then he should had taken part in local competition to prove himself - this is a basic requirement anywhere you play rugby.

About 2 months ago, i read the (Sports Sun). From there i found the truth about the situation between FRU and Waisale Serevi. According from that news especially from the FRU, mentioned that they dont like Serevi because he was too good, famous or well known in this world. Mentioned also from their reports that they should put Serevi aside and bring in some many new young players which got the same talent as Serevi.
From my view and my understanding, that many young players got the talent like Serevi but not 100% same like Serevi, especially when pressures are high on their side they can't control except Waisale Serevi can control and read the whole game. Absolutely different from the Master and the King of 7 Waisale Serevi. Please bring back Serevi as a coach and player if Taiwanese agree to release Serevi.

I think Serevi should be the FRU Board/Manager/Coach and Player while the current FRU members can go and help in the rugby development of Chinese Taipei.
