Fiji beats Portugal; 4 tries to newcomer

DEBUTANT Seremaia Borotu got four tries on his debut as Fiji beat Portugal 39-0.
The forward was in good form as he supported well and showed good basic skills and didn't let coach Josateki Savou down.
He also provided the missing link at kick offs and lin outs/
Borotu from Lomaiviti club in Suva got the first try after Fiji managed to wade off the Portugal pressure.
Iliavi Satala missed the conversion as Fiji led 5-0.
The minnows came back and were left ruing missed chances and had to endure some big Fijian tackles in the process.
Satala got on the score sheet and added the extras as Fiji went ahead 12-0.
Fiji kept on the pressure and Borotu got his second try which was converted by Satala and Fiji led 19-0 at half-time.
After the restart Borutu got his third try before Ratunaisa Narukutabua added fifth touch down.
Fiji put in some big hits which turned over possession this would have delighted Savou.
Nipppy Emosi Vucago got his try after another spell of sustained pressure before Borotu added his fourth but the conversion was missed which showed this needed improvement.
